Two ways in. Office today, or Superintelligence built around you.

Office does the office work from the day you connect your tools. Superintelligence starts with an audit, gets set up with your team, and then runs the business with you. Everything in Office is in Superintelligence.

The four stages

  1. Office.

    Today.

Connect your tools. The everyday work, done.

  2. Audit.

    First.

How you really run, clean data, the real problems.

  3. Build.

    Next.

The system fitted to you. The first piece live early.

  4. Run.

    Monthly.

The money found, the actions taken. A quarterly review.

The first way in

Office. Connect your tools and it starts.

You text it. It connects to Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks Online, Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive and the rest. From then on it drafts the quotes, sorts the inquiries, books the jobs, sends the crew their day, drafts the invoices and the reminders, fills your forms, files your photos, and asks for the review. You see the first of each kind before it runs. Every change it makes in your tools is reported back to you.

Office works one tool at a time, on the record in front of it. It doesn't join your tools into one clean picture, and it doesn't chase what only shows up in that picture: the quotes from last spring, the channel that's wasting money, the customers due a membership. That's Superintelligence, and it starts with the audit. When Office sees something bigger than the everyday work, it says so.

Start with Office

Superintelligence. Stage 1, the audit

The audit. How you really run, clean data, the real problems.

It connects to your tools read-only, with an hour or two from the people who do the work, and maps how your business really runs: where the leads come from, where the quotes go quiet, where invoices go out late, where the records disagree. It cleans the data and connects it into one picture. You get that picture in your own records, with the real problems pinned down and the plan for what to build. The audit stands on its own. If you stop there, you keep the map and the clean data. If you're on Office, the audit starts from what it already sees.

Stage 2, the build

The build. The system, fitted to your business.

It's set up with your team, around how you work. The first working piece goes live early, on your real data, so your team is using it long before the build is done. One thing switches on at a time, and each one is proved on your real records before the next. The audit's plan sets the order and the dates for your business.

Stage 3, run

Run. The money found, the actions taken.

It finds the money and goes after it on your yes: the old quotes, the rebate matches, the work never invoiced, the channel to move the budget to, the campaign, the membership. Every quarter it measures the result against the audit's baseline with you, and the next thing it should do gets switched on. It watches itself around the clock. If anything stops working, we know before you do.

What you'll always have

The report.
Every change it makes in your tools, reported back to you.
The switch.
Any routine can be turned off without a call to us.
Your data.
Yours, never trained on, never shared.
The number.
On Superintelligence, every quarter, the result measured against the baseline the audit set.

Questions

Questions

Why an audit and not a free trial?

Because a trial shows you a tool. Office shows you the work done, in your own tools, from the day you connect. The audit shows you how your business really runs: clean data, and the real problems pinned down in your own records.

What do you need from us in the audit?

An hour or two with the people who do the work, and read-only access to your tools. It does the rest.

What if my data is a mess?

Then cleaning it is the first thing it does, because everything else depends on it. That's not a delay. That's the work.

Can I start with Office and move to Superintelligence later?

Yes. Office keeps running while the audit and the build happen, and the audit starts from what Office already sees.

Why doesn't Office find the money?

It can see it. It reads the same records. What it won't do is act across your tools on a picture nobody has cleaned, because an action built on a wrong record spreads the wrong record. When it sees something bigger than the everyday work, it tells you, and the audit is where that starts.
